The Band took part in the scaba Autumn Contest at the Hawth in Crawley once again this year.
Having been drawn to play 3rd out of 7 bands competing in the 1st Section, and playing Philip Sparke’s super piece ‘The Saga of Haakon the Good’, the Band were happy to be placed 3rd making us the highest placed nationally graded 2nd section band.
The Band would like to extend our congratulations to the eventual winners, Sandhurst Silver Band.
